I thank you that yesterday despite being on my feet for three hours, that only my knee hurt, and not my back. I thank you for this encouragement! Thank you that I was able to once again do some PT yesterday. And swim a little. Father, in your mercy, I ask for continued healing of my back. I can deal with the knee, not being proud, but I don't want to be greedy, and the post surgical pain is to be expected, so Father, continue to relieve this back pain. I am giving you the glory, Father.

I ask that you meet the needs and prayers of all of these wonderful saints who have given of their time and prayers for me. Thank you for them. Bless them and continue to use them in your mighty Work. Thank you.

OH FRIENDS, PLEASE PRAY FOR ME.

It's not a huge terrible thing, but last night another kitty had respiratory distress, and almost died. and one ER visit and after that a tertiary care vet hospital later, she has fluid on her lungs. maybe tumor, maybe heart failure, I may know more today. She cannot get off oxygen as of this morning. Please pray that I would know what to do. i do not want to do anything super heroic. She is not a young kitty.


My mom is doing better, but still cannot sit for long. I praise God it doesn't seem to be tumor.

My pain is still around, but is usually manageable with medication-one more week till I go back to work. I pray for it to STOP so I can sit to work. But manageable is better than 7 weeks ago, God be praised.

I do not know what the day holds, but I must turn my eyes to Jesus. I'm worn out and discouraged.

My dear friends, I lost another kitty tonight, three and a half weeks after the last one.

it was not her heart--they felt she had tumor, even tho' none could be seen. She re-accumulated a significant amount of fluid overnight. They tapped her again this morning. The color of her lung fluid was worrisome. her breathing had not improved, and she was clearly in severe distress when DH and I got to the hospital tonight. I thank the Father for his direction. I have not called my parents as I do not want them to worry about me. so you folks get my .....sharing.

I thank God that he protected our trip there and back, that this was not a prolonged sorrowful process and that my hubby seems ....ok. it was more his kitty than mine, in her mind, anyway.

i do not understand the pain of the past 7 weeks, physical or emotional. But he has allowed it for a reason. I pray I continue to be drawn close to him, even when things--oh God, may it be--improve.

If you would pray that I could sleep, please do. I haven't been able to sleep well for awhile due to pain, and now it seems I cannot relax one iota. For some reason I am very scared, I guess at the uncertainties of life/what ax will fall next, etc. I know that's unbiblical. But my body physiology doesn't seem to get that.......

I thank you for a good reaction from the surgeon today who is thrilled with my knee, and has discharged me for a year!!!! so Father, can we work on the back? Thank you.
